Shingle Roof Replacement with Deck Repair in Tampa

We removed the existing roof down to the deck and inspected the full surface. Deck issues get documented and shown to the homeowner before anything gets covered up. A surprise line item is better than finding out years later that a roof went down over wood that should have come out. Once the deck was sound, we installed underlayment, detailed the flashing and penetrations, and installed shingles to Florida wind-code specification.
