Website use, estimates, and the Primmer Roofing SMS program (Roofer / A2P), including STOP, HELP, and message-and-data-rates terms.

These Terms of Service govern use of primmerroofing.com and related communications from Primmer Roofing, a licensed Florida roofing contractor (CCC1331703) in Tampa, Florida. By using the site or submitting an estimate form, you agree to these terms.
Estimates and services
Information on this site is general. A free inspection or estimate is not a contract. Work starts only after we agree on scope and price in writing. Financing, if offered, is through a third-party lender on qualifying projects, upon approval.
SMS messaging terms
Primmer Roofing SMS Alerts Program — estimate follow-up, scheduling, job updates, and customer-care messages related to roofing services, sent through our Roofr CRM.
Opt-Out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to (813) 802-8826. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
Help. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at estimator@primmerroofing.com or (813) 802-8826.
Carrier Liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message Frequency and Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Privacy. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy: Privacy Policy.
Age Restriction. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
Re-Enrollment. If you opt out and want to start receiving messages again, text START to (813) 802-8826 and we will resume sending you SMS messages. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent is not a condition of purchasing roofing services.

Photos, copy, and project examples are for illustration. Materials, colors, and pricing vary by job. Do not copy or scrape the site for commercial use without permission.
Limitation of liability
The website is provided as-is. We are not liable for delays, carrier failures, or damages arising from use of the site beyond what Florida law requires. Roofing work is governed by the written contract for that job.
